Royal Palace of Madrid
METRO OPERA Opening Hours: Monday to Saturday 10am to 6pm. April to September closing 7pm / Sunday 10am to 4pm. Free admission: Monday to Thursday last 2 hours. Prices: General admission €14

Cibeles Palace (Former Communications Palace)
METRO ESPAÑA LINE 2 Today it is the City Hall. Its white architecture is the icon of the city and its viewpoint offers the best views of the Gran Vía.

Liria Palace
METRO PLAZA DE ESPAÑA AND NOVICIADO Free admission: Mondays 9:15 and 9:45 a.m. Online reservations on Mondays from 12 p.m. until capacity is reached. Prices: General admission with audio guide €15. General admission with audio guide + Temporary exhibition €18.

Crystal Palace (Retiro Park)
Retiro Metro Station, Line 2: An iron and glass structure that appears to float on the water. As a designer, you'll love it for the interplay of light it creates.

Lázaro Galdiano Palace
GREGORIO MARAÑÓN METRO STATION Opening Hours: Tuesday to Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Free admission: Thursdays from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Price: General admission €7

Santoña Palace
Metro Antón Martín and EMT bus lines 6, 26 and 32. Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Price: €17 (€2 is for the visit to Lhardy and a drink)

Linares Palace House of America
METRO BANCO DE ESPAÑA Schedule: Fridays with 2 shows: 6 pm and 7:30 pm. Saturdays and Sundays with 3 shows: 11 am, 12 pm and 1 pm. Prices: General admission €8. Buy tickets at the ticket office, Monday to Friday from 11:30 am to 2 pm and from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm and Saturday and Sunday during visiting hours.

Palace of the Cortes (Congress of Deputies)
Famous for its bronze lions on the facade, it is the epicenter of Spanish politics and a key example of Neoclassicism.

Palace of the Marquis of Salamanca
Located on the Paseo de Recoletos. An elegant building that represents the rise of the Madrid bourgeoisie in the 19th century.

Royal Palace of El Pardo
Located on the outskirts (but within the municipality). A royal hunting lodge surrounded by nature with a fascinating history.
