Prado Museum – Goya Gate
The meeting point will be in front of the Museum ticket office, at the agreed time. Tourists will receive their tickets in advance, which they must carry on their mobile phones, to be scanned at the entrance, after the tour of the outside of the building.
Booking Rules for the Prado Museum Tour
Full Payment and Ticket Policy: Full payment for the tour must be made at the time of booking. Please note that once purchased, tickets to the Prado Museum cannot be cancelled or refunded, as the Museum does not accept ticket refunds.
Ticket Purchase: The guide will purchase the tickets to the Prado Museum and will give them to the tourists at the beginning of the tour. It is not necessary for the participants to purchase the tickets themselves.
Group Size and Requirements:
The tour requires a minimum of 2 adults and a maximum of 6 adults.
Up to 3 children under 18 years of age are allowed to attend. Minors do not pay admission to the museum or the tour, but must be accompanied by at least two adults.
If the tour is specifically designed for children, it is important to inform them at the time of booking so that the tour can be tailored to their interests and made more enjoyable and educational for them.
Itinerario Preestablecido: El tour está diseñado para visitar las obras más importantes del Museo del Prado, incluyendo «El Jardín de las Delicias», «Las Meninas», «Los fusilamientos del 3 de mayo», y otras piezas destacadas. Al finalizar el recorrido guiado, los turistas podrán quedarse en el museo para explorar el resto de las salas a su propio ritmo, sin la compañía de la guía.
Tour Schedule: The time of the visit to the Museum will be agreed between both parties, within the available hours from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday. It is crucial that tourists and the guide meet in front of the Museum ticket office at the agreed time, which will be 30 minutes before the time indicated on the entrance ticket, to begin the tour with an introduction to the exterior of the building and its history.
Compliance with Schedules: The Prado Museum is strict with respect to schedules. If the client does not show up at the agreed time and, as a result, is not allowed entry due to failure to comply with the reserved time, the money paid will not be refunded.
Tour Language: The tour will be conducted exclusively in Spanish. Guide services in other languages are not offered.
Cancellation Policy: Due to Museo del Prado policies, cancellations and refunds cannot be made once tickets have been purchased.
Puntualidad: Se recomienda llegar con al menos 10 minutos de anticipación a la hora acordada para evitar cualquier inconveniente. El tour comenzará puntualmente y no se podrá esperar a los rezagados.
Code of Conduct: During the tour, participants are expected to respect the rules of the Prado Museum, including prohibitions on photography in certain areas, keeping a low voice tone, and not touching the artworks. Any behavior that disrupts the experience of other visitors could result in expulsion from the tour without refund.
Accessibility: If any participant has special accessibility needs, it is important to communicate this at the time of booking so that we can adapt the tour as necessary.
Weather Conditions: The tour operates under all weather conditions. In case of rain or other inclement weather, participants are advised to bring appropriate clothing. The outdoor tour will be adjusted to the weather conditions.

You can cancel up to 24 hours before the start of the activity. Late cancellation or no-show is non-refundable.
