It was the year 2019 (with most of us ignoring the presence of the bug, the imminent confinement and the subsequent mandatory use of gels and masks), when the\u00a0UNESCO<\/strong>\u00a0made official the proposal of the\u00a0International Association of Fine Arts<\/a><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0so that, each\u00a0April 15th<\/em>, was celebrated on\u00a0World Art Day<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
